The project included the full internal reconfiguration and refurbishment of the existing property at ground and first floor levels with the provision of new accommodation within a new roof level. The project included rear extensions at ground and first floor levels to accommodate a new kitchen and living space at ground floor level with a new bedroom above. At roof level, the existing loft was converted to accommodate a further 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom.
