The project included the full internal reconfiguration and refurbishment of the existing ground floor of the property. A brick, wrap-around rear extension was constructed to create a more open-plan kitchen, dining and living arrangement. The provision of a guest bedroom with en-suite, utility and office space was all integrated into the ground floor with a new entrance and dedicated ground floor toilet.
